Profile

Sarah Park (PhD, MBA, MA, BA, FHEA) is Professor in International Business at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ School of Business, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Prior to joining the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, she worked in a number of universities including King’s College London and University of Bath.

Sarah’s research focuses on international entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, entrepreneurial wellbeing and entrepreneurial careers. Her work has been published in world leading journals including Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of World Business and Social Science and Medicine. She is a recipient of the Best Symposium Award at the Academy of Management conference and her work has been nominated for the Best Conference Paper at the Strategic Management Society conference and Best Paper for Practical Implications at the Strategic Management Society conference.

Her work has been supported by a number of funders including the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the British Academy in partnership with the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

She is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of International Business Studies and serves as a reviewer for a wide variety of world leading journals including Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Journal of Business Venturing and British Journal of Management.

Sarah has taught undergraduate and postgraduate programs across several institutions and received awards for her teaching. She has previously served as MSc Director of Studies.

Research
