Profile
I graduated from the University of Stirling with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science in 2020 before going on to study a masters in Exercise as Medicine in 2020 at Loughborough University. After my masters, I worked for the NHS on Your COVID Recovery programme. I began my PhD in physical activity in COPD patients at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2022. My thesis aims to examine relative intensity physical activity to develop personalised thresholds for accelerometer-derived measures of physical activity in COPD.
