Practice Education 3

Module code: PH3004

For six weeks, you will get the chance to put your learning into practice by contributing to patients' and clients' assessment and treatment. This will involve independently planning, implementing, adapting and testing appropriate programmes to meet the unique needs of individual clients using an evidence-based approach.

During your final year, you will particularly focus on becoming an autonomous practitioner, and you will develop skills including effective documentation, time management, resource allocation decision-making and communication with both patients/clients and clinical professionals. These skills are vital when applying for entry onto the HCPC register and gain membership of the CSP.
