The module adopts a hands-on, project-based approach, combining systems thinking with practical application of AI technologies. You will work with industry-relevant tools, including full access to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, to build functional AI agents and explore how intelligent systems can be integrated into organisational processes. Emphasis is placed on problem framing, solution design, ethical considerations, and the real-world impact of human-AI collaboration in business contexts.
