Conference Venue
The conference will take place in the Sir Bob Burgess Building, in the heart of the Freemen's Common Student Village at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Freemen's Common is well-located relative to both the city centre and train station, and is close to Victoria Park and the Clarendon Park area, which is home to several bars, cafes, and restaurants.

Accommodation
A number of subsidised single en suite rooms are available on the Freemen's Common site, adjacent to the conference venue. These rooms can be booked flexibly between Saturday 25 July and Thursday 30 July, inclusive. The room rate is £33.50 per night (including VAT), and includes breakfast. The deadline for reserving in order to guarantee this accommodation is 30 April 2026. Please note that Freemen's Common accommodation is not suitable for families or those with accompanying children.
